Founder & Head Coach
My coaching journey began in a similar fashion to most. I was an athlete during my school years and was introduced to the gym as a way to improve myself on field.
Pretty quickly however, training became all consuming and sport became my "reason" to train, not my purpose.
I found within training, something that had eluded me up to that point, a clear and honest reflection of work and reward.
It sparked within me a thirst for education, personal development and growth that has fuelled my coaching practice ever since. Along with a desire to find truths and master the art of coaching.
I've been lucky enough to work with a rich variety of clients across several continents. Working with everyone from international level athletes, recreational competitors, service personnel and military operators to school teachers and business owners, both in person and remotely.
To this day my passion for coaching extends to everyone who sees health and fitness as a priority and want to use it as a medium to expand their lives.

My biggest challenge prior to working with Lyndon was overtraining/training with general, structural and unspecific exercises/programmes that would not benefit me in the long run.
It often frustrated me when I would train hard and hit plateau's or feel like I wasn't making enough progress. I have always had goals and as anyone knows when they fall short or don't quite get the expected outcome it can be hard to process and then impact enthusiasm for training.
Since working with Lyndon the structure, progression, and input I get from his programming and mentoring help me daily. I've hit PB's in both my weight training and running. I've also completed some tough charity events, including an endurance challenge where I ran 10k a day for the whole of November, totalling 300km without injury or much fatigue.
If you are serious about your goals, then working with Lyndon, in my experience, is an easy decision to make. He guides and supports me with the best continued practise and professionalism and continually refines and develops his knowledge and practices what he preaches.

Before I started working with Lyndon I was self coached and although I had run many half marathons I wasn’t disciplined enough to train for a full marathon.
I was concerned whether my level of fitness was good enough and if I could maintain the level of training required without my body breaking down.
Lyndon was so positive and right from the start he encouraged a can do attitude. He tailored my strength and conditioning work to my capabilities and my running workouts to my goals.
I have since completed 4 marathons, 3 of which qualified as "good for age" times, an age group first in the Cardiff Half Marathon and several age group firsts at the 10K distance. My times are as good as they were 25 years ago.
I am constantly amazed how Lyndon’s training is ahead of the curve and cannot recommend his capabilities highly enough.

Before working with Lyndon I didn't feel confident enough to enter a gym and manage the limitations of my hip pain. I was nervous about entering any gym environment, therefore avoided it completely. Avoiding physical activity for fear of pain or making the problem worse.
After working with Lyndon, I fell in love with the gym, lifting weights and feeling strong. I feel confident walking into any gym now, because I know what I’m doing. Even though Lyndon didn't "fix" my hips, he has provided the strength and stability to support me through four surgeries and brought me back stronger every time.
Lyndon is incredibly professional, knowledgable and will train you to achieve your goals. He has the capability to train a range of people from athletes to novice.
