My coaching journey began in a similar fashion to most. I was an athlete during my school years and was introduced to the gym as a way to improve myself on field.

Pretty quickly however,  training became all consuming and sport became my "reason" to train, not my purpose.

I found within training, something that had eluded me up to that point, a clear and honest reflection of work and reward.

It sparked within me a thirst for education, personal development and growth that has fuelled my coaching practice ever since. Along with a desire to find truths and master the art of coaching. 

I've been lucky enough to work with a rich variety of clients across several continents. Working with everyone from international level athletes, recreational competitors, service personnel and military operators to school teachers and business owners, both in person and remotely. 

 To this day my passion for coaching extends to everyone who sees health and fitness as a priority and want to use it as a medium to expand their lives.




We start with a 60 minute conversation, either in person or via skype. The goal here is for us to get to know one another. I want to know what makes you tick, why you've come to me and how I can help you get there.  

Lifestyle & Nutrition

From the initial we will also have gleaned a good deal of information about your current lifestyle and nutritional routines. Where appropriate we will then deliver lifestyle and nutritional prescription to coiincide with and support your training design. 


Once we've dialled in where you want to go we need to find out where you are right now. The assessment period can last anywhere from 3 days up to two weeks depending your goals and your current fitness level. 


Now the fun begins! Your training and nutritional prescriptions will be delivered to you via the TrueCoach app and you'll be let lose in the gym to start getting after your goals. All the while having consistent communication/contact with me via the app.

Programme Design

From the results of your consultation and assessment I can now begin to build your own individualised training prescription. All programme designs are built for your individual needs. Nothing is ever templated!

Monthly Check-In

Each month we will catch up for a 30 minute consult to see how things are going. It's a time to check in on progress, make any little tweaks or adjustments and to continue building a strong coach:client relationship.
